Filling a box of PrintABloks Shorts

PrintABox – AirWing – Moon Buggy – Tank – Lion – Battle Snail

With the changes in the weather, I’ve been unable to use my printing shed for, you know, printing, so I’ve decided to do some remodeling. It’s been a slow process, but is getting to the point that I can start filming out there again, so expect some more regular content soon. Then there’s also Blender for 3D Printing.

As annoying as the idea of shorts are (and I don’t know if I could elucidate the reasons why *in* a short) they are easy to make. They’re cheap content and maybe, just maybe, they’ll spread the good word of PrintABlok for me. I can tell you they don’t do much for subscriber count and they do piddly for view time. But I figure I’m already doing the prints, so why not make a little video about them?

I’ve already done this once before. A PrintABox full of PrintABlok from some of the samples I’ve collected over the years. But now I’m going to make a series of videos from it.

The technical of recording quick videos while making sure it looks and sounds as good as possible. That first one was a little rough. If I have to edit it, I experimented with an app on my phone that did a great job, but hit me up with a watermark. Knowing the first video didn’t represent the best of the process yet, I may hold off on paying for an inShot license for now, but it was nice to be able to add text to that video.

But now that the box is filled, I gotta decide how I’m going to give it away.
