I should have done this a long time ago. Of course, it’s never the right time for this sort of thing. Questions like, “Is this the haircut I want for this” or “Should I want to do some upgrades to my set” always got in the way. And the, one day, I decided to stop stalling and make this video.
This probably means things are quickly going to change and this will be outdated in a few weeks. I don’t have any plans, that’s just how these things go.
And, hoobody, this video. Because of the nature of this video, where it’ll be shown, and how often it’ll be shown, I decided to spend a little more effort on it, both in recording and in the edit. Despite it’s short length, this video probably took twice as much time editing as longer videos. Fortunately, I decided to reach out to my discord about making a sort of video progress tracker, to keep track of all the irons I have in the fire, and Victen Bren stepped up and delivered. This thing is fun to fill out and I hope will give me some accountability to make progress on my videos.
Now, though, I’m thinking it’s time to employ my discord and see if they can help me do some of the heavy lifting on the channel in the future, to free up my time to do… more. Asking for help is always humbling, but asking for help is how you get help.
