It’s been a while since I did a video in the “How to make money with 3D printing” series, but this seemed like a good time for it. I have a vision of young and old entrepreneurs feeding a hungry audience with 3D prints of the stuff that everyone wants, of disrupting manufacturing the way YouTube disrupted TV and email disrupted the post office before that. This is the promise of the digital age, this is the promise of 3D printing, and PrintABlok can be the vehicle! Viva la revolution!
The final few days of PrintABlok:Beasts will see me frantically fulfilling the model requests of the $100 backers. When it’s done, this is shaping up to have a huge number of parts making a huge number of kits, which when combined with PrintABlok:Mechs is really a staggering library of 3d models. I’ve kinda surprised myself.
However, I still feel like I’ve only scratched the surface of the potential of this series. Expect more in the future!
