I am excited to announce that Arduino kits are now available at the Libraries in Washington County.
As a video for the library, this may be a bit rapidly produced, but it doesn’t diminish my excitement for these kits. Having to explore different starter kits for the library, I was fortunate to find ones that were actually good. Discovering this Freenove book, and in fact that there are several of them, all free, I was… well, I’ve used this word a bunch already, but it’s still true, thrilled. I immediately had the idea to turn my exploration of electronics with this book into a regular thing on Twitch. Would people watch me on twitch building electronics and programming? We may find out.
I’ve done a couple of the projects, and I have to admit that the frenove book could benefit from a little editing. But it is free, so there’s nothing to complain about, really. I’m probably going to spend at least a little time in each project rewriting the code so that it’s more interesting, but I guess that’s part of the fun.
