Okay, there may not be any actual 3D printing in this video, but, there is a virtual 3D printer on that Mad Laboratory set.
That section of the video was a learning experience. I spent days modeling, and a whole weekend rendering, for a minute of a gag. Do I regret it? Not even a little. In fact now that I’m done, I kinda want to do more. These virtual sets are an amazing story telling tool. Would you like to see more of this sort of thing, but in an entertainment capacity? Like a comedy series based on 90s FMV video games? I’ve got a few ideas.
