A local 3D printing supply company was liquidating some of their PLA filament. I managed to get a dozen rolls of filament and some XTC for way cheap. There’s a chance this filament is off spec or will change color, but it’s so cheap that even if I only get a few prints per roll I’ll still be making off like a bandit. I’m no stranger to bad filament. It’s never bothered me.
The XTC-10 means that I’ll have to do some more PLA smoothing experiments to report on.
